Become a Learning Coach
Time commitment: 1 hour/ week
Join our team of volunteer learning coaches to help other adults improve their reading, writing and math skills. Learning Coaches are matched with an adult learner to help with specific learning needs. Together with your learner, you agree where and when you will meet on a weekly basis.
Ongoing training is provided for Learning Coaches.
Become a SPELL Board Member
Time commitment: 1 hour /month
Be part of shaping the direction of the Wetaskiwin Community Learning Program in our community. Board member terms are two years, with monthly meetings from September until June.
Applications are accepted for Board consideration periodically throughout the year.
